When you order a scan we store your website address, the email the report goes to, the plan you chose and the notes you add. We use them to run the scan, deliver the report and run the second scan. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
The report itself lives at a private link that is not indexed by search engines. It stays available so you can share it with whoever edits your site. Write to us at any time to have the report and your details deleted.
If you tick the newsletter box we send one short email a week with one revenue leak and how to check your own site for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
The scan reads your site the way any visitor does. It does not log in, submit forms or change anything. The Deep tier asks for a one-time read-only connection to Google Analytics and Search Console, which you can revoke the moment the report is delivered.
