You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a token-based credit system. New accounts receive a complimentary credit allotment. Additional credits can be purchased through our platform. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit packages at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
Use automated systems to access the Service beyond the provided APIs
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service or its outputs without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by KWEST. Research reports generated through the Service may be used by you for internal business purposes. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your vendor data or research outputs.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of vendor intelligence data. Research outputs are generated by AI agents and should be independently verified before making business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KWEST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
